making labels and boxes

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

Every work day, before 5pm, enter the last date on which labels were printed in the box to the left of the Print Labels button in Filemaker. Then, click Print Labels. A new window should open with a Preview of the labels. Click Ctrl+P to print. (see Troubleshooting posts if issues arise)

With individual boxes:

Attach the label to the lid of the microfilm box near the hinge.  The top of the label should be near the hinge.

Use the library stamp on all other sides of the box.
